Extremely ActiveWords
I'm an ActiveWords enthusiast, using probably 50 different applications of it a good 200 or so times a day. Got a chance to meet Buzz last year and see him at PC Forum this year, where ActiveWords was chosen to demo. ActiveWords is a desktop app that sort of burrows convenient little neural passageways through your PC, so that whenever you want to do any repetitive task that would otherwise require several time-consuming steps, it only takes one, thanks to AW. Macros/scripts for dummies, in my case. For example, whenever I want to go online and check my Keybank accounts, I just press the letter K and double-space and it launches my browser and takes me to the super-long URL for the login-site (this would have otherwise been a pain, as I can never remember the URL and my bookmarks are a mess). And I don't know the first thing about writing scripts or macros, ActiveWords justs walks you through these bonehead-simple steps each time you want to create a new shortcut/script. The best part is the fill-text feature, but won't get into that, just try it out :)

(btw, I used ActiveWords to help me do my technorati tags above as well, otherwise they would take me about three times as long each time)
